Please find below details of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 19th August 2024, at 5:30pm at the Hotel Baía in Cascais. The EGM is being called for the members to approve the updated Club Rules.

We appreciate that August is a holiday month, nonetheless, as the matter is important, it is felt that the EGM should be held sooner rather than later. Proxy and postal voting forms are attached. Postal votes should be returned to the club secretary by email : rbclx1@gmail.com.
NB: The club will be providing drinks (spirits excluded) in the bar at the Hotel Baía from 5.00pm until the commencement of the EGM.
